There are three galleries in addition to the main hall in the Taj Museum and has on display various exhibits relating mostly to the construction of the Taj Mahal and to the period of its builders. The museum is a great repository which houses more than 121 antiquities which are broadly categorized as Mughal miniature paintings, manuscripts, government decrees, specimen of calligraphy etc. The Spiritual Museum at Agra is a recent addition to the list of illustrious attractions that the city is proud of.



Built in the vicinity to the world famous Taj Mahal, the Spiritual Museum has been built by a socio-religious sect called “Brahma Kumaris” who have come up with this structure epitomizing the spiritual conquest of the self by the human being.
