The Ram Bagh garden was founded by Babur, the founder of Mughal dynasty in India. The garden is also known as Bagh-i-Gul Afshan. The Ram Bagh, Agra garden was further improvised by Nur Jahan, wife of Mughal emperor Jahangir. The garden is divided into four parts, divided by waterways and paths.

Legend says that Ram bagh was the temporary burial place of Babur before his grand entombment at Kabul.
